Horrible management. They are not transparent in their hiring practices. Young supervisors that patronize and belittle and have no tact whatsoever.

A lot of new lessons to be learnt from many many mistakes.

Cons

Almost everything especially the digital banking group. Disgusting leaders who make fun of you. Don't appreciate hard workers.
