Good money because of the many hours worked and no days off.

Cons

No schedule, they do t care that you got a family, literally NO DAYS OFF 7days a week.

Good pay and great company vehicles

Cons

Nepotism, forward and rear facing cameras with management using it against you. They will have you drive 6 hours one way to get to location, rig up, or rig down, and then threaten you when you say you need a hotel before going home.
