      Glad that you are overall happy with your experience at Forescout. The exec team is working hard to create more focus and alignment through multiple efforts including a clear mission, vision, objectives, goals and metrics that go from top to bottom of the org. This should reduce unplanned work, but it is still a tech company and we do need to be responsive to the market, customers, and employees.
