      Pros

      Unique and excellent product in an equally fast-growing industry means great opportunities to excel. Great atmosphere within team as people try to help others succeed. Company certainly looks after their employees with rewards, trips etc. in exchange for their hard work.

      Cons

      In a company that's growing at this speed there is certainly pressure to match this speed yourself.
