Fairly autonomous, feel more like a Craftsman than just a line worker, very laid-back as far as personal things, open to hiring people with salty backgrounds

Cons

Recently there have been cut backs in hours and therefore cutbacks in bonus paid for production each week, so the job can vary depending on how the economy is going
