They try to impress you with a great job in the beginning

Cons

Don't speak about, safety, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, or changing anything because if you do you will be demoted to a horrible job...employees do drugs so they don't turn in accidents, and sabotage your areas if you report anything. They will run you out if you don't comply with what the management wants. Close to 80% are felons who can't get jobs anywhere else, so those people will defend to the end.

really good pay and rarely ever work on the weekends.

Cons

Management often does not resolve issues. People are frequently doing drugs on the job during breaks and management knows. There's no opportunities for growth and the work load is often unbalanced.

Good money, faster you do your job the sooner you get to clock out and leave therefore more money paid hourly

Cons

have to be clocked in working by 430am. get treated like crap. they do not care about you as a person or try to know their employees not one bit. your a number that when your body is taking a toll, they will fire you and hire 3 more people they dont care.
