Good environment in office area.

Cons

My position in Oregon did not have enough work to keep busy. Asked to take on ticket from other techs that seemed very busy back at the corporates office in Indiana but was never given the chance to help. The owner wont let staff who have been there for a while to have increased vacation time. Everyone gets 2 weeks regardless of time with the company. 401K is not matched and has a week portfolio.

The office used to be a good place to work until they changed managers.

Cons

The Ligonier (Surveyor/RPod/Ibex/Nobo) office is ran by shady management that perform unethical practices. HR was notified of multiple ethical violations and swept it under the rug. Many good workers quit due to the toxic working environment that the new management created.

When they actually work a full work the paycheck can be good.

Cons

They also might mess your paycheck up and brush you off when you try to fix it. The management only focus on buddy buddy. You will have to pick up a bigger work load and they will try to run you off if you debate it.
