They try to impress you with a great job in the beginning

Cons

Don't speak about, safety, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, or changing anything because if you do you will be demoted to a horrible job...employees do drugs so they don't turn in accidents, and sabotage your areas if you report anything. They will run you out if you don't comply with what the management wants. Close to 80% are felons who can't get jobs anywhere else, so those people will defend to the end.

The pay in some portions of the company is reasonable, but most areas outside of production and upper management are quite underpaid.

Cons

As stated above, in some portions of this company compensation is not what it should be. Most management within the company is dishonest, unprofessional and not qualified for the positions they hold.

Pros

Job security, because they know they won't be able to hire anybody to take over your job, so they won't fire you for anything. Good people to work with. First shift hours

Cons

Haven't gotten a raise in over 10 years, not 1 cent, even though we have increased earnings for the division 500% Health insurance is a joke rip off, 10 vacation days is the max you will ever get in a year no matter how long you've worked here. Senoirity means nothing. No sick days, bare minimum paid holidays. I would pass out if I ever heard something positive said from management to a jr employee.
