1. You can choose projects you interest in or even start your own project. 2. Flexible time

Cons

I wish they can do better on project management, I can't reach to all of my group members for some of the time, so it is hard to track the project status

Pros

The Forkaia ecosystem is built on the shared knowledge, experience, motivations, and goals of its contributors. The result is the outstanding work that goes into each and every innovative startup idea. INSOLAR is software as a service (SaaS) solution to help facilitate the conversion to solar power while significantly lowering the cost to do so - and a prime example of the type of product, or new company that comes out of the Forkaia platform. Strong leadership and a collaborative culture.

Cons

Because contributors are based remotely, sometimes difficult to ensure all voices are heard when they need to be.
