Aside form all the perks that companies are now offering (catering, flexible working hours and awesome team events), Formlabs has managed to attract like minded employees and this results in a great environment to thrive in. There is a lot to do and you often have to go the extra miles, but this is a great place to learn. Plus, the 3D printing/Additive manufacturing industry is fascinating (and you get to print as much as you want!)

Cons

As all American companies that as settling down in Europe, some of the global decision might not make complete sense for the EU/ME markets, but there is always room for discussion within Formlabs.
