      Pros

      - good place to learn and apply your engineering skills for fresh graduates; - nice environment to learn; - Flexible working hour (not as flexible as you think, but quite nice)

      Cons

      - There is little benefit other than your basic salary (which is quite low compared to your job) - Your bonus only max up to 10% of your yearly basic salary (no profit sharing) - It is weird because most of control engineering is held almost 95% by software guys - There is no clear career path - Too much focus on hard skills and lack of soft skills development for employee - 50 hour per week is too much for this salary

As a growing company, we acknowledge the need for more soft skill training for our employees’ continued growth. We are implemented periodic seminars on leadership and scientific applications for our management team and new employees in our Indonesian offices.
