Great learning opportunity for software architecture since robotic application need lot's of design pattern and concurrency model.

Cons

50 hours per week. Your salary split into 2 parts (base salary and performance incentive) with the intention that if you sick and need in-patient treatment, you only get the base salary (mine is 1/7 from total gross). Sick leave is limited.
