      + Flexible hours + Friendly working ambiance + No internal competition

      - Adjusted salary does not show a details info, it could be different with others but don't know where is the big point we could improve - cannot request wfa, default should be wfo instead of hybrid (unless you are sick) - Need to be a key person if you want to bargain something advantaging you
