Pros
- I'd like to work here because we have an open communication work culture that supports me to develop my personality and skills. - I could independently manage my schedule to achieve my goals (no micromanagement culture :D) - I got nice facilities both for work purposes and to recharge my self.
Cons
Too many working hours in a week (45 hours/week). Yes, we implement flexible working arrangements, but 45 hours/week is sometimes exhausted.
