Pros

The work culture is rather casual but people are generally enthusiastic and helpful so the overall atmosphere is nice. The managers and are mostly engineers themselves so its easy to discus technical issues with them. The work hours for engineers are also flexible so we can choose when to go to work and go home.

Cons

The wages are rather mediocre but good enough 45 work hour/week for engineers with no overtime
