      One day lunch per week, that too with a very less budget

      Cons

      Very low salary against the work expected No flexible hours anymore Micro Management No daycare; Women tend to quit Working very late into night One particular manager always expects to get responses immediately. No daily lunch, as given by most companies. No fuel allowance The holiday policy does not align with the Government. (Only 15 PTOs, no sick leaves) Work from home is a lie. They don't allow it.

      Jeremy is a cheap Micromanagment U have to earn pto -_- V.low salaries no benefits except company paid lunch capped at 1000 pkr for each person worst mistake joining this company

      The environment is very supportive of any ideas. Also they emphasizing on collaboration work.

      Cons

      There is not much room for improvement, as the most important thing is to fulfill the projects. We might need some room for training, not just for our main skills but also others that could complement the work.
