Pros

- good place to learn and apply your engineering skills for fresh graduates; - nice environment to learn; - Flexible working hour (not as flexible as you think, but quite nice)

Cons

- There is little benefit other than your basic salary (which is quite low compared to your job) - Your bonus only max up to 10% of your yearly basic salary (no profit sharing) - It is weird because most of control engineering is held almost 95% by software guys - There is no clear career path - Too much focus on hard skills and lack of soft skills development for employee - 50 hour per week is too much for this salary

Pros

One of the biggest complaints I hear from peers who have entered into a more-structured, corporate position is that they are generally stuck with their main task and don’t get to branch out into other areas. Whether it’s writing, designing, filling out spreadsheets, or any other task, it’s usually a one-person-fits-one-task kind of position. If that sounds like your startup job, then, I hate to tell you, but you’re doing something wrong. Working at a startup will allow you to try on a lot of different hats, even that weird one that you didn’t think you would ever like, but find out that you did.

Cons

It’s difficult to communicate with other senior. You may also have to get approval from several levels of management before implementing new processes. Additionally, when it comes time for promotions, more coworkers will be competing with you to move up..

Pros

Awesome idea of business. The employee is all good and smart.

Cons

No work life balance. Fake 'Flex Time' Most information from management is faded / hidden / misleading. Need to really have good criticism to find their ulterior motives
