Pros

I really liked the people there and they seemed to care about employees. Overall a good company to work at. There are a lot of great employee incentives.

Cons

The pay was not great. Some employees had a bad attitude and were left to do their own things. There is a fair bit of bureaucracy.

Pros

Not many, hired at a low rate, but willing to use your skills at entry level pay. Pass experience and high recommendations from every past employer means nothing. They don't hire you for the skills you have, and you better not step out of the box they put you in.

Cons

Don't work there unless you have lived in Mississippi your whole life and you have no good ideas. Very much a good old boy system
