Pros

Friendly staff. Benefits are comparable to most companies. PTO earned every pay period with set asking for full time status or based on hours worked if part-time. Employee health clinic on site for $12 and allows use of pharmacy

Cons

Limited pay raises. Non essential personnel expected to work during unsafe weather conditions. Food costs have increased and discount is low. Not enough recognition for job well done.

Pros

Great medical benefits. All normal holidays are observed and most are allowed unless in the middle of a large project or upgrade. Generally, the people are nice.

Cons

Most positions outside of management are hourly when they should be salaried. People tend to stay forever, leaving very little opportunity to break into management. Some lazy employees are allowed to stay because it's too difficult to get rid of them.

I enjoyed being apart of the Forrest General team.

Cons

My only dislike was that the distance became too must, I recieved employment closer to home
