My only dislike was that the distance became too must, I recieved employment closer to home

Pros

Employees were valued and treated as such. Equipment was up to date and well maintained. Great benefits that were affordable.

Cons

New CEO meant layoffs, pay cuts and more expensive benefits. Less emphasis on keeping quality employees and more emphasis on outsourcing any department possible. Staff overworked and under appreciated.

Pros

I had a great boss while working at FGH. I also had an interesting entry level position that kept the working environment enjoyable. Great benefits.

Cons

The pay at FGH is a little low. There is also not a lot of room for promotion unless someone moves on to a new position or retires from the company.
