They do have excellent insurance and health care coverage, seeing as it is a hospital. They have a somewhat flexible work schedule, depending on the dept. you work in and your job title.

Cons

If you expect an annual raise, look elsewhere. This company is more worried about there Chiefs and Drs than they are their employees who do all the legwork.
