Pros

Initially was very consultative and client-focused. Engaging work with analysts.

Cons

Growth opportunities very slow. Moved to a subscription-based model and focused on selling syndicated products. Lost its consultative feel and moved to a very sales-heavy and relationship-light model.

The team members that I got to work with were wonderful. My manager was supportive, but it depends on each team I think. You learn a lot, very quickly.

Cons

If you're in sales you're paid hourly. Unrealistic goals given the position the company is in. Leadership is incompetent. Absolutely no clear criteria for promotion. Little to no actual onboarding or sales training outside of a sales training partner that brings no value.
