Pros
I started at Forrester over the summer and really enjoy working here. The work is thought provoking and employees are intelligent, kind, and collaborative. Every day you learn something new and no day looks exactly the same which is great! My manager is awesome and makes a genuine effort to ask how I'm doing in my work and personal life. This role is great for a recent post graduate or someone early in their career, which aims to help you transition into the corporate world with some of the best of the best.
Cons
Just like some other corporations: pay under industry standard, sometimes long hours, lack of diversity, and some egos amongst the organization. Your team can make or break your experience.
