Pros
Great ‘jumping off” company and good for expanding your network. The company has been around long enough to have (mostly) smooth operating processes
Cons
Analysts can be demanding divas and in general just a lot of ego in the whole organization. Below market pay and a difficult company to advance in (unless you stay for 6+ years). A rigid hierarchy of power, the executives feel almost untouchable and you’ve gotta be 100% buttoned up at all times
