Pros
Name recognition and branding is great in the industry. A lot of smart people as co-workers. Compensation is fair, and upside is strongly linked to personal effort.
Cons
Individual nature of contributors not necessarily recognized - management focused on creating cogs and repeatable processes. Management does a good job communicating to employees, but not as good a job listening to employees. Seem to be a constant effort to extract more from employees on a quarterly basis
