Pros
Forrester suits me; their culture, the people and the opportunity to stretch my mind on a regular basis make it the ideal place to work. Goals are achievable and the pay scale benefits those that overachieve; if you're not happy with the comp. plan it's probably because you are not closing business but that is true anywhere you work.
Cons
At times, middle management can forget that they too were once in your role. There is some serious drinking of the kool aid taking place in the training between when they were a sales rep. to when they become a sales manager.
