To stay competitive within the market, we evaluate our pay and benefits on a regular basis. As we believe in doing the right thing, we take employee concerns seriously and address in a timely manner. Should an employee have any concerns or feel that an issue needs to be addressed, they may express those concerns to Human Resources so they may be addressed properly.
