FWM is a good company that has a strong sense of mission in their organization. We do our best to serve our customers while providing a good environment for our employees. Many benefits come with a job at this company.

Cons

As we grow it is hard to ensure that each facility has the same focus. Some communication and priorities can break down when products travel from facility to facility.
