While we do have an outdoor eating space at our main building, there's definitely an improvement opportunity for more spaces at our other facilities. Thanks for sharing this awesome idea!

We thank you for all your years of service at Fort Wayne Metals! It’s employees like you who helped create and strengthen our culture. We prioritize regular one-on-one conversations between managers and employees so there is an opportunity to share struggles, concerns, or challenges in a safe and open environment. These conversations also provide a space to have hard conversations and allow for important dialogue even during busy seasons. In addition to our leaders meeting with their people regularly, leaders have 6 intentional one-on-one conversations with each employee throughout the year to share challenges and positives in a safe and open environment. We believe employees are the source of our strength!
