      Pros

      Fort Wayne Metals provides stable competitive jobs in a manufacturing environment. The family environment is welcoming and coworkers are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Overall a great employer. Accountability and follow through towards both company and employee goals could be greater as well as leadership development, but this is improving.

      Pros

      I have not come across many companies that have the dedication to employees that Fort Wayne Metals has. The owners and the leadership they put in place truly walk the talk in caring for the people who make it all run smoothly. Thank you.

      I don't have any cons to put down. There are more than enough opportunities for personal and professional growth. You get out of it what you put into it.

      Pros

      People are very friendly everywhere throughout the company. My supervisors brought me up to speed relatively quickly on company processes and norms. Would accept a full-time position if possible.

      Cons

      No real cons other than having to drive to different buildings throughout the company.However, you do get reimbursed for your gas mileage.
