Pros

Stable company where I was respected more than at several other software houses from Cluj. Salaries are always paid on time, I got nice performance related bonuses and could always talk openly to my superior.

Cons

Few real opportunities for growth in the areas that I am interested in. Changes and new projects take a long time to happen due to bureaucracy.
