- kind of small salaries - bad retention of people - keeping some 'not very good' people - under-performing managers - complicated client relations

Great skill on the technical side Great support from management

Cons

Not everyone is at the same level, but I guess this is expected from a 600+ company. Some support departments are moving a bit slower than the speed of the company.
