      Pros

      good place to start working, a lot of opportunities to grow programming skills, young people around with a lot of enthusiasm

      Cons

      salary is below decent, the young people around are all un-experienced and poorly managed, most clients use old technologies and most teams do maintenance tasks only

      - benefits are pretty good: decent salaries, Christmas and Easter bonuses, 8th of March present for the ladies, health insurance, gym, meal tickets, parking, fruits in the office etc - good place for a junior to start, there are many activities they can get involved in

      Cons

      - the main office is in Cluj, and since Iasi and Oradea are new sites, they kind of don't have the experience to deal with it. Any document you need, you get from Cluj, decisions are made the for everybody, etc, and they kind of leave everyone else in the dark - little opportunities for not juniors :)
