Pros

If you don't like the programmer life, Fortech is the bets choice for you because you will not have to learn or do anything.

Cons

The company doesn't invest in people. The salary is paid only on SRL/SRL-D. (They say they don't pay on PFA) You have to accept some NDA's that seem to be at least suspicious

- almost minimum wage on your contract, at first - not the best technical knowledge around - zero perks and benefits

Cons

Payments are good but they could do better in that to keep the talent in house.
