      Pros

      - Big company, everything is being taken care, and they have enough experience to make the hiring process smooth. The same goes for your first couple of days. Everything was ready. My desk, access badge, computer etc. I could get to work right away. - Experienced people, they don't hire idiots. - Comfy offices, good chairs, two monitors, and relatively good hardware (Intel i5 @ 3.4 GHz, 8GB of RAM) - Lots of projects to choose from because it's a big company - Processes are well-documented on the internal Confluence

      Cons

      - Salary is on the low side - Doesn't allow working from home until they've verified that your home computer is save - Does not provide transport compensation (like a bus subcription)

      Pros

      I worked for 3 companies in my career and this one is a keeper. They have projects on almost any technology you like, they ask me what training I would like to receive, they have a very nice office and all the doors are open.

      Cons

      They don't accept PFA. They say it is not legal. We all know that, but other companies use it and no one checked/fined/closed them.
