      Great market leading portfolio, and strong company leadership. Continue to remain agile in the marketplace despite their size and focus on putting the customer first. Maintain a great culture offering work life balance & flexibility when required

      Cons

      Very few Cons. Some process and system limitations as expected, but so far still remaining agile and keeping the customer at the forefront.

      Pros

      I have been in the fortinet for less than 3 years and I had the opportunity to apply for a position of leadership. During this period, I had the freedom to develop my skills with autonomy, following the strategy outlined by the board and achieving excellent results. What I like most about Fortinet is the work environment and the maturity we have in our team.

      Do not want to leave the company - I love to work here!
