      Pros

      - Two months pf intense training on the position along with assignment that perfects your skill for the future work. - Friendly and dynamic environment with several side activities like board game, animation club, sport etc. - Flexible working hours, with hard core hours which is 10-4 - Salary could be higher than the average of the salary in BC (depending on the position) along with good benefits

      Cons

      - They should work more to become a multicultural company -in some teams meetings are held only in Mandarin. - IT department basically doesn't exist and you should take care of A-Z of all your IT inquiries.

      Cons

      Some of the floors of the building could use a refresh. Closed cubicle environment. Workplace intraweb too complicated with too many systems. Have to watch a training video to requisition office equipment.
