Pros
Fortinet is such an amazing company. It values a diverse workforce, gives such an amazing career path for all employees (the company is growing so there are always opportunities for people to contribute and move into new and more senior roles), and recognizes stellar performance with both salary increases and stock bonuses. For anyone who works hard, wants to work in a close-knit environment with great rewards, both external and internal, this is the place to be!
Cons
This isn´t really a downside, but you do have to work hard. We focus on results, and if you aren´t results-oriented you will have a difficult time fitting in with the culture.
