      Pros

      Great health insurance international atmosphere (multi-language) with many different nationalities Friendly co-workers

      Cons

      Pay is low, promotion difficult Evolution is difficult Politic for any kind of expense is very restrictive, employees make the advance of fees during business travels Internal policies (time-off, compensatory days, expenses, pay scale, training, etc) is not consistent Management does not communicate well and does not value employees Highly political, different regions are in a political warfare against each other

      fast react, target focus. Friendly co-worker, in most case

      Cons

      No management, you are everything you have. No one tell you or maybe no one real knows what is the next step and the future is. No bonus, manager will not appreciate your work. Region conflict and no very cooperate.
