discretionary PTO, remote role, good benefits, mostly pleasant people to work with on your teams
Cons
Always short on resources, team members are a mixed bag, some are really good, others don't know what they are doing, senior management is not transparent about recent layoffs and company finances, your career path can be good only if your line manager looks out for you but they switch your LM frequently. High turnover rate so projects end up being a big mess
