      Pros

      There are some really great people who work here, trying to make it work. Line Managers care about their CRAs, Pay structure is good. Unlimited PTO is nice, when able to use it.

      Cons

      Fortrea has been struggling to survive since the spin-off from Labcorp. Money is tiiiiight, which everyone can feel; from lay-offs and outsourcing to freeze on annual travel stipends and pressure to forecast visits out several months, the vibe is a constant "waiting for the other shoe to drop." Everyone is overworked.
