      I see the spinoff as a real opportunity to create something better, reflecting on what did not work and establish a foundation for success, a dynamic environment, a culture focused on innovative ideas and collaboration.

      Cons

      Difficulty to adhere to new ideas, go away from old habits, too much work in siloes, poor adherence to processes generating a lot of noises along the way and waste in time and resources.

      1. The Employees from the Organization are very helpful and caring. 2. The leadership and management in this organization, i.e. From Sr. Directors, Sr. Managers, Principal Stats Programmers... to the Analysts... are equally approachable at all levels and really make us feel welcome and comfortable. 3. Everyone Supports in Technical Aspects and Equally in Career Development Advice. 4. *Most Importantly- The organization has one of the best teams and trainers who develop simple, yet impactful training modules and resources for freshers and interns which has helped me a lot in training. 5. Bangalore Office is situated at Cubbon Park. It's location is unparalleled to any other office in the world due to its Scenic beauty and abundance of trees in all directions.

      Cons

      1. The Cafeteria food quality and taste can be improved and the menu has somewhat limited options.
