      • work from home • unlimited FTO • great teams: PM, CTLs, Line Managers are very nice

      Cons

      • over allocation on studies • poor resource management • many IHCRAs are given several projects simultaneously, creating an automatic burn-out • Unlimited vacation days, but hard to actually take vacation due to work load
