      Pros

      They have good benefit system and nice LMs. I was lucky to be assigned to a single sponsor with opportunity to monitor abroad. Offering changes for courses and further development

      Cons

      The spin off from Labcorp to Fortrea wasn't great but they did their best to be as smooth as possible.
