Pros
The only pros at this company is the FTO policy. However, don’t be flattered that this is also a good policy to have because it needs to get approved, and at most times even when the work is completed and you have a back up for your time off, it won’t get approved.
Cons
Management is the worst especially in the regulatory department leadership under Beatriz Rocha, Harry Graham, Alicia Baker and the worst micromanager of all time - Outi Jarvinen. No promotions whatsoever. You’ll be stuck doing the same thing everyday. No assistance from management on any type of support.
