chance to work with Lead Sponsor in Oncology area as FSP. chance to work in a Leader CRO and to be open to future changes/improvement in role

Cons

trade contract (instead of chemical) few days of ROL no overnight/transfer >8 h paid per contract ( different CRO have this benefit ) few wellfare benefits

I really enjoy the global team feeling. There’s always someone to ask questions to, I feel well supported by my line manager and colleagues which makes a huge difference.
