      Good company but scope of improvement in terms of salary for new joiners

      Less promotions . People with 3 years of work experience are working with same job title.

      Pros

      Working with Fortrea for almost 3.8 years have been really phenomenal. It gave me lot of support and explored me as Leader through many certifications and special company linkedin access and thus making me to shine both in terms of project and people management. I would like to work with Fortrea again in future. Thank you

      There are no cons about Fortrea. It respected my decision and allowed me to open the doors for the new opportunity. After having 9 years of experience in CDM and 3.8 in Fortrea, I am blessed to get opportunity to climb the ladder by receiving seat in one of the reputed MBA universities in Republic of Ireland to pursue my MBA in Project Management. This pathway would also explore and gain more knowledge in handling projects where it would be additional advantage while working back in the field of clinical industry.
