Remote working opportunities available for many roles.

Cons

No training and individual growth opportunities. Middle level management not concerned about staff growth and training opportunities. Terrible work load many a times and very quiet other times. Staff headcount always a concern. Redundancy always round the corner.

Cons

Weekly timekeeping uses an old system that can be a pain. It takes up much more of my time each week than it should.
