Cons

Working remotely in the UK with my Line Manager and mentors in the US meant that when problems occurred in the morning or early afternoon, I was unable to access support until the late afternoon.

-100% remote job role -experience/exposure not limited to limited data management activities but excellent end to end clinical trial experience from set-up to close-out, most projects are under models where Fortrea facilitates & delivers a clinical trial entirely. -responsibilities evenly distributed within project team among lead data manager, project manager, clinical team lead, lead biostatistician, medical expert, vendor manager, project coordinator - each member brings respective domain expertise & this enables effective cross-functional collaboration to achieve study goals. -high growth potential for performing employees

Cons

-no yearly bonus -promotion is granted however promotion hike is very low -disparity in designation and job role within the project (lower designation but performing at a higher role within projects)
