I have a flexible schedule, great new office, engaging team, and opportunities to move into interesting fields in my future. I have met several C-suite members who are kind, personable, and genuine. I am an entry level employee and was not expecting that! The new office is very comfortable and the benefits are great.

Cons

My commute is a little long, sometimes too many levels/layers of management.

The move to Deerfield and 1HQ is an exciting time as hundreds of talented people are joining Fortune Brands and bringing with them new ideas and ways of working as well as a deep respect for the iconic brands they're supporting. And these humans aren't just smart and ambitious, they're also nice and fun.

Cons

With any transition there's a period of confusion as new employees figure out the system, but if you're someone like me that likes problem solving it's not a challenge as much as it is an opportunity.
